The town of Boddington sits nestled among lush green landscape and meandering rivers. To the left of the town the Boddington Bauxite mine appears golden brown, interrupting the green fields surrounding. Directly above that by some distance and on the edge of what appears to be forest cover, is the Boddington Gold mine, a menagerie of earthen colors. up and right from there is the tailings pond. which appears primarily off white, and greenish where water currently pools. a small road to the gold mine interrupts the dark swath of foliage, and terminates at a mine camp, just outside of the forest and town of Boddington.
