This map of the Southwestern United States in grayscale with an overlay of the groundwater of 2024 compared to 2015 shows that the whole Colorado river basin has lost water levels. The scale goes up to 12 millimeters, represented in red shades. The most loss is 12 millimeters and is near black. Lake Havasu City and southeast of Tuscon both show up as having 12mm less water and the least loss is in Utah at about 4 millimeters.
