The first cohort will select 20 participants from across NASA
A blended, part-time program that balances a cohort approach with flexibility for the needs, backgrounds, and goals of participants and their organizations.
The program uses a hybrid in-person, online, and independent work structure. Participants will attend:
3 in-person sessions, including an in-person graduation
4 virtual intersessions
complete a capstone project
Adopts ten leadership themes to ensure consistency in “workforce development and readiness assessments for key leadership positions."
