NASA LEADS Pilot Program Framework

  • The first cohort will select 20 civil servants from NASA science organizations.
  • A blended, part-time program that balances a cohort approach with flexibility for the needs, backgrounds, and goals of participants and their organizations.
  • Participants will:
    • Attend three in-person sessions, including an in-person graduation
    • Participate in two virtual intersessions
    • Complete six instructor-led, virtual leadership courses
    • Complete a cohort capstone project
  • Adopts ten leadership themes to ensure consistency in “workforce development and readiness assessments for key leadership positions."
