Transportation (tip from Maggie):
I just wanted to offer a quick insiders’ note about traveling to the meeting hotel from the Denver airport. After several visits to Boulder this year for meetings, I’ve discovered that the RTD airport bus is so much more comfortable and faster than renting a car (and dealing with tolls etc), that it’s absolutely my only way to go now. Tickets are $10 and the RTD tickets app enables you to bypass the ticket machines completely. The Boulderado Hotel is just ~2 blocks from where this bus drops off downtown.
Even if you wanted to rent a car to explore the area after the meeting, this can be done from Boulder Enterprise for half the price (and one tenth the time) of airport rental cars, and the bus back to the airport picks up very near to there as well.
