ROSES-24: D.3 APRA Mandatory NOIs Due Date Extended to 6 January 2025

D.3 Astrophysics Research and Analysis Program (APRA) solicits basic research proposals for investigations that are relevant to NASA's programs in astronomy and astrophysics and includes research over the entire range of photons, gravitational waves, and particle astrophysics. Awards may be for up to four years’ duration (up to five years for Suborbital Investigations), but shorter-term proposals are typical.

The deadline for D.3 APRA Mandatory Notices of Intent to propose (NOI) has been extended to 6 January 2025. Those who already submitted an NOI and would like to make changes may simply submit a new NOI.

The deadline for the APRA full proposal submissions remains 30 January 2025, and there is no expectation of a slip or extension of this proposal submission deadline. Proposals that are not preceded by an NOI that was submitted by the amended NOI deadline may be returned without review.
