A light grey haze hangs over much of Southeastern China and the Leizhou peninsula in this true-color Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) image taken by the Terra satellite on November 3, 2003. The high-resolution image provided above is at MODIS maximum spatial resolution of 250 meters per pixel.
