Senator Barbara Mikulski congratulates Keith Walyus, the Mission Operations Manager in NASA Goddard’s Space Telescope Operations Control Center. Walyus led the Orbit Team of STOCC flight controllers who oversaw all the repairs and upgrades made to the Hubble Telescope during five space walks. Also congratulating Walyus were Goddard Center Director Rob Strain (behind Walyus) and Dr. Ed Weiler, Associate Administrator, Science Mission Directorate at NASA Headquarters.
