Footnote 3 on page 9 of A.45 Decadal Survey Incubation (DSI) has been shortened and the URL updated. New text is in bold deleted text is struck through. Due dates remain unchanged: Notices of Intent to propose are requested by August 17, 2021, and proposals are due October 14, 2021.
