Sol 0130: Left Navigation Camera, Cylindrical Projection

NASA's Mars rover Curiosity took 10 images in Gale Crater using its mast-mounted Left Navigation Camera (Navcam) to create this mosaic. The seam-corrected mosaic provides a 224-degree cylindrical projection panorama of the Martian surface centered at 52 degrees azimuth (measured clockwise from north). Curiosity took the images on December 18, 2012, Sol 130 of the Mars Science Laboratory mission at drive 1662, site number 5. The local mean solar time for the image exposures was from 1 PM to 2 PM.
