The Sea-viewing Wide Field-of-view Sensor (SeaWiFS), flying aboard the OrbView-2 satellite, captured this view of what appears to be a large dust storm (light brown pixels) blowing across eastern Australia on October 23, 2002. The smoke plumes from a number of wildfires burning in the region are also visible.
