Amendment 28: Final Text and Due Dates for Astrophysics Explorers U.S. Participating Investigators.

This ROSES program element for Astrophysics Explorers U.S. Participating Investigators (APEX USPI) solicits proposals for Astrophysics Explorers investigations in which investigators participate as a Co-Investigator (Co‑I) for an instrument, experiment, or technology demonstration that is being built and flown by a sponsor agency other than NASA.

ROSES-2020 Amendment 28 releases final text and due dates for Astrophysics Explorers U.S. Participating Investigators. Mandatory NOIs are due August 3, 2020 and proposals are due September 15, 2020.

On or about June 3, 2020, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2020" (NNH20ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at http://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2020.
