ROSES-2024 Amendment 95 delays both the Step-1 and the Step-2 proposal due dates for both B.13 H-USPI and B.16 HARD.
For B.13 H-USPI Step-1 proposals are now due February 12, 2025, and the Step-2 proposals are now due April 23, 2025.
For B.16 HARD Step-1 proposals are now due February 6, 2025, and the Step-2 proposals are now due April 17, 2025.
Also, references to the now defunct Proposer's Guide have been replaced with ones to the NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM). New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through.
