Amendment 17: Proposal Due Dates Reset for A.7 Water Quality Applications and A.8 Water Resources Applications.

ROSES-2025 Amendment 17 resets the proposal due dates for A.7 Water Quality Applications and A.8 Water Resources Applications which were previously set to TBD because of the lapse in government funding.

The new proposal due date for A.7 Water Quality Applications is December 16, 2025. Only those who previously submitted a mandatory NOI by 08/19/2025 are eligible to submit a proposal.

The new Step-2 proposal due date for A.8 Water Resources Applications is January 20, 2026. Only those who previously submitted a Step-1 proposal can submit a Step-2 proposal.

On or about November 17,2025, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2025" (NNH25ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at https://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2025
