The old NASA Earth and Space Science Fellowship (NESSF) program is no longer solicited. This program was replaced by the Future Investigators in NASA Earth and Space Science and Technology (FINESST) program element of our "ROSES" omnibus research solicitation. FINESST is typically solicited by November and proposals are due in February. To find the current FINESST opportunity go to https://nspires.nasaprs.com/ and search on "FINESST" (under solicitation /Keywords). If you search on it before November then you may see a "TBD" placeholder.
