The Sun is a powerful source of energy. This webinar examines how solar power works and how heliophysics missions use it to power their science. In modern times, we now rely on the Sun to produce electricity.
To make this work, we use solar panels to convert sunlight into electricity. NASA’s space missions and satellites also use solar panels to generate their electricity.
This webinar is presented by NASA HEAT and delivered by Dr. Sten Odenwald.
