In July 1969, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to walk on the Moon. NASA and its international partners in the Artemis accords are working to send humans back there, this time to stay. To prepare, we will need to study what the Sun is doing so that space weather events do not endanger astronauts.
