In this presentation to the Heliophysics Education Community Dr. Kevin Reardon of University of Colorado Boulder discusses the solar research programs at the National Solar Observatory (NSO), as well as educational outreach initiatives. Dr. Reardon describes research with continuous global solar observations, long-term solar cycle tracking, and scientific breakthroughs with the Daniel K. Inouye Solar Telescope (DKIST) located on Maui. Tishanna Ben describes community outreach, collaborations with local cultural groups, and classroom visits.
