Planetary Instrument Concepts for the Advancement of Solar System Observations Main Point of Contact Changed

The main point of contact for C.12 Planetary Instrument Concepts for the Advancement of Solar System Observations (PICASSO) has changed. The new main point of contact is Catherine Walker who may be reached as catherine.c.walker@nasa.gov. The due dates remain unchanged. Step-1 proposals are due 09/18/2020 and Step-2 proposals are due 11/20/20.

As a reminder, C.12 Planetary Instrument Concepts for the Advancement of Solar System Observations (PICASSO) seeks proposals to develop new proof-of-concept instruments or instrument components, including sampling technologies, that enable new science by significantly improving instrument measurement capabilities for planetary science missions. The objective of the program is to develop instruments or instrument technologies for use in planetary science missions with low Technology Readiness Level (TRL 1-3) to the point where they may be proposed in response to C.13 Maturation of Instruments for Solar System Exploration or C.20 Development and Advancement of Lunar Instruments.
