ROSES-24 Amendment 27: A.36 The Science of PACE Final Text and Due Dates.

A.36 The Science of PACE solicits proposals that focus on innovative uses of PACE data to answer integrated disciplinary or inter-disciplinary Earth system science research and applied questions. These investigations must focus on pursuing research within and/or across the Earth System (atmospheric, cryospheric, terrestrial, and aquatic environments), quantifying change, characterizing processes, and improving the understanding of the functioning of the Earth System’s components and the interactions among them.

ROSES-2024 Amendment 27 releases final text and due dates for A.36 The Science of PACE. Notices of intent are requested by October 1, 2024, and proposals are due January 22, 2025.

This program will evaluate proposals using dual-anonymous peer review, see Section 5.1 and the associated "Guidelines for Anonymous Proposals" document under "Other Documents" on the NSPIRES page for this program element.

This program element is participating in the Inclusion Plan Pilot Program; see Section 3.5. This required up to 2-page Inclusion Plan section will not be part of the adjectival rating, nor will it inform selection recommendations for this opportunity
