ROSES-18 Amendment 18 delays the Step-2 due date delay for B.10 Early Career Investigator Program in Heliophysics. Step-2 proposals are now due September 13, 2018.
The Early Career Investigator Program (ECIP) in Heliophysics is designed to support outstanding scientific research and career development of scientists and engineers at the early stage of their professional careers. The program aims to encourage innovative research initiatives and cultivate diverse scientific leadership in Heliophysics. According to the rules of this program element, "only proposers who submit a Step-1 proposal and are invited to submit a Step-2 proposal will be able to do so." The Step-2 due date for this program element has been deferred to September 13, 2018.
