Amendment 48: A.5 Carbon Cycle Science Not Solicited This Year

In years when it is offered, A.5 Carbon Cycle Science (CCS) solicits proposals that make significant use of remote sensing data to improve understanding of changes in the distribution and cycling of carbon among the active land, ocean, coastal, and atmospheric reservoirs, and how that understanding can be used to establish a scientific foundation for societal responses to environmental change.

ROSES-2023 Amendment 48 announces that A.5 CCS, which was TBD, will not be solicited this year. However, intends to solicit a Carbon Cycle Science program element in ROSES‑2024.

On or about September 21, 2023, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2023" (NNH23ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at https://solicitation.nasaprs.com/ROSES2023 and will appear on SARA's ROSES blog at: https://science.nasa.gov/researchers/roses-blogs/.
