“Transients from Space” Science Workshop Interviews

What goes “bump” out in space? Why do astronomers care about these fleeting events? 

In early March, astronomers gathered at the Space Telescope Science Institute to attend a “Transients from Space” science workshop. They shared their science findings and discussed how they can best use current and upcoming telescopes to advance this field.
