Abstract

This talk will review the status and progress of the Habitable Worlds Observatory Technology Formulation Project office and the overall efforts to advance the HWO Concept Maturity Level (CML). It will provide a description of the overall approach being taken including science, architecture, and technology. It will include a discussion of the Exploratory Analytic Cases including design progress and lessons learned, initial integrated modeling results, the overall technology plan and status, plans for community involvement including science, industry and international, and the overall plan forward to Mission Concept Review (MCR).
