Note: If it is your first time signing in, please register for a NASA Guest Account. When your Guest Account has been successfully created, you will need to return to this page and Log into the Submission Portal or Workspace. If you previously had set up a google account, please register for a NASA Guest Account using the same email to have access to your previous data.
Submission Portal
The Biological Data Management Environment (BDME) is a web-based system that allows researchers to submit spaceflight and space-relevant data to be published in OSDR. Click here for guidelines for data submission to OSDR.
PI Workspace
The OSDR Workspace is used for uploading data files that can be shared with collaborators and selected in the data submission portal for association with PI study records. Users can download files from their workspace
Login Issues
To reset your password, follow the instructions below:
- NASA Guest Accounts are not managed by the OSDR team. Any issues must be addressed to the NASA Enterprise Service Desk (ESD). NASA ESD can be reached 24/7 at 1-877-677-2123 or through email nasa-esd@mail.nasa.gov.
- Inform ESD that you are unable to access your NASA Guest Account with your email address. Please be sure to specify that the issue is for a NASA Guest Account.
- NASA ESD can assist in confirming an account exists with your email address, reset passwords, or help troubleshoot your issues in real-time.
NASA Guest Account passwords reset every 90 days.
