Amendment 37: B.9 Heliophysics Low Cost Access to Space Final Text and Due Date
B.9 Heliophysics Low Cost Access to Space (LCAS) supports investigations addressing NASA Heliophysics Science Goals using investigator-developed instrumentation that must be completed through suborbital flights.
ROSES-2023 Amendment 37 releases the final text and due date for B.9 LCAS. Notices of intent are not requested, and proposals are due November 21, 2023
This program element is participating in the Inclusion Plan Pilot Program, see Section 2.2.3. This Inclusion Plan will not be part of the adjectival ratings nor selection recommendations for this opportunity.
Proposers must provide a Payload Reference Document (PRD) along with the proposal to allow NASA to best match the research payload needs with multiple compatible flight platforms and identify the greatest suborbital research capabilities and launch flexibilities possible. See Section 2.2.4
