ROSES-25 A.11 Early Career Investigator Program (ECIP) in Earth Science supports outstanding scientific research and career development of scientists and engineers at the early stage of their professional careers.
Section 1.2 C of A.11 ECIP has been updated to remove "current ROSES ESD funding" as an eligibility factor, but federal agency funding has been added to Section 2.4 as a programmatic factor. New text is in bold and deleted text is struck through.
